The shipment of goods occurs once the payment of the deposit or balance is received. Payment receipts or CRO numbers will not be considered. Concurrently with the receipt of payment, an email is sent to the customer to communicate the shipping date. The payment is secure, as it is tracked and recorded by financial institutions. Note: The reason for the bank transfer must include the document reference, name, and surname of the requester.
